My name is Han.
I’ve spent over three decades in executive roles, building a stable career. However, over 25 years ago, I began a parallel journey into healing, which has become a central part of my life. This path has led me to train extensively in Jhana meditation, Taoist meditation, myofascial bodywork, energy cultivation, energy healing and advanced studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). I have had the privilege of learning directly from some of the world’s most venerated meditators, qigong masters, and healers, for whom I am dearly grateful and I bow with deep respect. Through their guidance, I’ve gained valuable insights into supporting health and well-being, which has shaped the methods I now use in my own practice.
What is Distant Energy Healing?
Distant energy healing is a practice that works with the body’s energy field to help restore balance and well-being.
Unlike traditional healing methods, distant energy healing doesn’t require physical contact or proximity. Instead, it relies on principles found in Quantum Physics, which suggest that energy can be transferred or guided without needing to be in the same location as the person receiving it. In this practice, I use intention, meditation, and visualization techniques to connect with another person’s energy field and support healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
How the Healing Process Works
In a typical session, which lasts between 45 to 180 minutes, I connect with the energy field of the individual seeking support. This connection is made through what is known as the Quantum Field—a concept that transcends time and space. Through this field, energy can flow across distances, reaching the person wherever they are. Sessions are often conducted in a quiet and comfortable setting to help both parties focus. People may feel various sensations during the session, such as warmth or tingling, as energy moves through their body. The effects of healing can vary; some people notice immediate improvements, while others may feel a temporary increase in symptoms as the body releases stored energy and begins to re-balance itself.
Conditions Supported by Distant Healing
Distant energy healing can address a range of conditions and challenges that people face in their physical, emotional, and spiritual lives. Many people find this practice helpful for managing chronic pain, reducing anxiety, alleviating stress, and addressing feelings of fatigue. By working to clear blockages in the energy field, the body’s own natural ability to heal itself is often supported, allowing for an improved state of well-being. It’s important to note, however, that distant energy healing is a complementary practice. It is not a replacement for medical care, and it is best used alongside conventional treatments rather than as a primary solution for health concerns.
My Purpose-Driven Approach
This practice is a personal and purpose-driven aspect of my life, not a source of income. Having a steady income already established, my involvement in distant energy healing is based on my dedication to help others rather than to earn additional income. My approach is thoughtful and selective; I only work with individuals who are in need. Before any session begins, I discuss the individual’s needs with them to determine whether distant energy healing is an appropriate option. If I believe that another type of support or approach would better serve their situation, I am always open and honest in sharing this.
My commitment is to maintain a sincere and respectful practice that focuses on authentic healing rather than self-promotion or testimonials. I believe that healing work should remain a grounded and genuine exchange, and I do not use advertising or testimonials as part of my approach. Instead, I focus on creating a supportive environment for each person, allowing them to experience the process in their own way.
Connecting with Those Departed
In addition to distant energy healing, I also provide an option for individuals who wish to connect with loved ones who have passed away. This practice relies on the willingness of the spirit to engage in communication and can offer a sense of resolution for those who may feel a lingering emotional attachment or a desire for closure. This form of connection can help ease the feelings of separation that often accompany loss, creating an opportunity for comfort and understanding.
